I felt absolutely neglected. The broken windows let in both the heat and noise from the trains. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than serving guests, and the service was just painfully slow. I expected a warm welcome, but apparently, I must've been mistaken. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t here.

The call centre setup is utterly frustrating—robotic responses and hanging up during queries!!! Not to mention the front desk staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping. The bar service was excruciatingly slow, with warm beer and dirty glasses!!!

Clean rooms and convenient parking, but the air conditioning could be better.

Super soundproof rooms, loved that brekkie had lekker options, and the friendly staff sorted my requests sharp-sharp. Very clean and comfy beds too, made for a solid stay!

Only downside was the AC. it wasn't working properly, so had a bit of a stuffy night.

Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. No air conditioning in the summer made the nights stuffy. Breakfast had good variety, but the scrambled eggs were disappointing.

The spacious family room had a delightful layout, with two separate sleeping areas and flat-screen TVs, making it feel like a cozy retreat rather than just a hotel. The large shower was also a lovely touch.

Wish for better air conditioning options.

the hotel's central location made it super easy for me to stroll to the beautiful sprengel museum in just over 2 km, and I found the delicious dining options like Spoon Restaurant & Bar just a few steps away, making my weekend exploration truly enjoyable.

had a fantastic stay at the premier this time. my previous experience in hannover wasn't as smooth, but they really stepped up with a spacious room featuring really comfortable beds. the staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcomed, especially the girl at the front desk who checked me in.

The Standard Double Room was quite spacious, offering a comfortable environment for our stay. we encountered an issue when the front desk provided us with a limited number of towels despite our request. the language mix from staff made communication a bit confusing at times.

During a recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the family room, resembling a cozy apartment. The beds offered exceptional comfort, allowing for restful nights despite minor concerns with the bathroom's visibility. a welcoming atmosphere makes it a place I would consider returning to.
